Here’s the last and final report from the Knitting and Stitching Show that I visited a week ago, and here I’m simply going to show you what I purchased.
My favourite purchase of the day were £27.90 worth of buttons from TextileGarden. I picked them mainly for boyish colours and motives on there, as I have previously ordered girly buttons.
For measuring my needles, I’ve been looking for one like this for ages now, so glad I got one.
A set of double pointed needles for my upcoming Christmas sock knitting. And finally I also treated myself to a new purple handbag, which I love.
As promised, here’s the second part of my report from The Knitting and Stitching Show that I visited last Saturday with a couple of friends.
A visit to my favourite button shop, TextileGarden. I think it was the busiest button stall at the entire event, and can you blame people? Their buttons are absolutely amazing, and I myself spent £27.90 on buttons there (you’ll see them in my final post later this week).
My friend Georgina who bought me the ticket to come to the show, her mum also came along and she was amazing and went onto every single stall and was just mesmerised by everything.
Scrumptious, gorgeous, colourful yarn. I absolutely love the colours, but I was a good girl and didn’t spend any money on any yarn. Although I could have bought hundreds pounds worth of yarn if I really wanted to.
The most amazing display at Nest, my friend Georgina’s other friend. Don’t you just love that little arrangement of the nest, apples, leaves and the birds? I think they’re just darling. And those little cardigans are so, so cute.
