Back in November last year I made a chevron blanket for my good friend Kersti. It was originally meant to be for her sister as a Christmas present, but she loved it so much she kept it for herself…now that’s one happy customer!!!
I loved knitting this, and even loved the shades of black and grey, even though they are a bit more sombre than my usual knitting. The end result turned out really well.
The pattern is actually really easy to knit up, it just takes a couple of rows to get used to it, and then it flies off the needles.
I loved making this blanket so much I made one in some blues and greens for Max, so watch this space.

GORGEOUS blanket!! Beautifully done. blessings ~ tanna
Beautiful! I’ve just started a chevron blanket myself (except cot size) in cream, light beige and coffee colours. I added a seed stitch border too and am really happy with it so far. It’s lovely to see a completed version đŸ™‚ blues and greens also sound nice
Simply beautiful!

What a beautiful blanket Anna. I love it. Can I ask how much of the DROPS wool you used per colour and the size your blanket ended up please? Many thanks Jo
